VPATAPP Alert_Further steps taken towards UK ratification of the Unified Patent Court
The Unified Patent Court
(Immunities and Privileges) Order 2017 was approved by the House of Commons on
4 December and the House of Lords on 12 December following debates by
committees in those houses on 29 November and 6 December respectively.
